Essential Oil - Tea Tree
The tea tree is a small tree or shrub with needle-shaped leaves. It is also nationally called Ti-Tree. The aborigines of Australia have long used tea tree oil. The tea tree is very robust and is not ready to be cut until two years after its previous harvest. With essential oils gaining more acceptance by the public, the use of tea tree oil has increased dramatically. This is easily seen in commercial products now using the tea tree, although this quality is more potent and can be used for various other applications.
