Although we try to have as much up-to-date inventory as possible on our website; all orders are subject to product availability. If the requested item is temporarily out of stock on the date your order is processed, we will notify you.
Items offered on our website can be delivered to Canada, the United States and internationally. A quote for the extra delivery will be sent to you for all international orders.
All orders are sent with a tracking number. A follow-up email will be sent when your order is processed.
ORDER TREATMENT TIME
Unless exceptional circumstances prevent us from doing so, we will take all steps to fulfill your order within one to ten business days of the date of your order*. Working days are Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Consider delays in processing orders during holiday periods or special events.
*Treatment time isn't applicable for custom mold requests and custom products orders.
We use the services of Purolator for the majority of our shipments. A delay of 24 to 48 is normally considered. We are not responsible for the delivery of Purolator, but if you require assistance in providing information to them, please do not hesitate to contact us.
For orders of less than 5 kilo:
A shipping rate of $ 13.5 will be applied to all orders valued at less than $ 125.
All orders in Quebec over $ 95 (before taxes) will get a free delivery service.
For orders over 5 kilo:
All orders over 5 Kg (in Quebec) will benefit from a reduced delivery service, a new invoice for the excess weight will be sent to you during the processing of your order.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
You must notify us of any item damaged in transit within 24 hours of receipt. If the box is damaged in transit, the item received must be refused.
