DESCRIPTION OF TERMS USED (AND CORRESPONDENCE IN ENGLISH)

PLUNGER (INSERTION)
DESIGNATES THE PART WITH THE DESIGN, THE INSERTION IDENTIFIES THE LARGEST PART OF THE MOLD, IT IS THIS PART THAT WILL BE USED TO PRESS THE MIXTURE.

 

SOME MOLDS HAVE NO BASE AND HAVE TWO INSERTIONS AND ARE USED TO Squeeze the mixture evenly into the wall.  

SLEEVE (PAROI)

ALSO CALLED THE SLIDING PART, OR THE WALL. THIS PART REFERS TO THE EXTERNAL PART OF THE MOLD.  

BASE (BASE)

THE BASE DESIGNATES THE THINNEST PART OF THE MOLD. NORMALLY THE BASE IS 1 CM OF WHICH 5MM ARE INSIDE THE MOLD WHEN IT IS ASSEMBLED.
